Please find attached the minutes from the last meeting. The action points are:
AW:
• Write outline of video booth activity during ISRII 2017 (goals, resources needed)
• Provide name of app used for posing questions electronically
AM:
• Moderate events submitted (repeated from last minutes)
JFA:
• Forward video transcript.
• Provide supporting info for video with Cristina (see minutes).
PV:
• Send reminder to Gerhard Andersson (repeated from last minutes)
• Finalise president’s address with Frances. (repeated from last minutes)
• Investigate issue of access to events under his account
• Propose capture of keynote presentations to ISRII LOC
• Do first iteration on transcripts and post results in sub committee forum
