Dear all,

Please find attached the minutes from the last meeting. The action points are:

AW:
• Write outline of video booth activity during ISRII 2017 (goals, resources needed)
• Provide name of app used for posing questions electronically
AM:
• Moderate events submitted (repeated from last minutes)
JFA:
• Forward video transcript.
• Provide supporting info for video with Cristina (see minutes).
PV:
• Send reminder to Gerhard Andersson (repeated from last minutes)
• Finalise president’s address with Frances. (repeated from last minutes)
• Investigate issue of access to events under his account
• Propose capture of keynote presentations to ISRII LOC
• Do first iteration on transcripts and post results in sub committee forum
All:
• Test events page at https://isrii.org/events-2/and https://isrii.org/submit-event/ (repeated from last minute)

Thanks for time and great input earlier today! Please find attached the minutes of today’s meeting with the following action points:

AW:
• None
AM:
• Have a quick look to see if it is possible to filter the events listing on location.
• Make the events plug in live.
• Have a quick look at the possibility to filter the events listing on location
• Add an item to the slideshow to publicise the events page.
JFA:
• Update videos and send around
• Provide links to papers mentioned in video
PV:
• Propose use of SliDo app to ISRII board / ISRII LOC
• Add timezone box to time box in events page if possible
• Add URL attribute of event to iCal object
• Look for picture for events page slide show element
• Make page for video with Cristina
• Suggest opening of ISRII facebook account with paid maintenance.
