Our Peer Connection and Mentoring Program supports introductions between members so that we can continue to build on our strong, international community. This matching program is available on an annual basis for all active ISRII members.

Consider Signing Up for the ISRII Connection and Mentoring Program!

Looking for more connection in-between conferences? Eager to chat one-on-one with an ISRII member outside of your home institution/organization for guidance, support, or accountability? We recognize that ISRII members can give each other valuable guidance and support across career stages. We support matches between mentors and mentees (e.g. connections between someone more senior to someone more junior) as well as more mutual peer connections (e.g. two people who are at a relatively similar career stage supporting one another).

We're back in 2025 to support introductions between ISRII members so that we can continue to build on our strong, international community. In feedback from last year - over 80% of respondents rated the program as helpful.

If you participated in our initial mentoring match in 2024, you are welcome to participate again. We would love to continue connecting members with one another.

We’ve tweaked things that will hopefully aid matches based on common areas of work/interest, and to better support the needs of mid-career members who are looking for mentorship and guidance from more senior members of ISRII.

To join, fill out the Peer Connection and Mentoring Match form by April 28, 2025.

We are aiming to notify people of their matches in May. Within this notification we will also provide guidance on how you can get the most out of this program.
