Welcome to the ISRII Peer Connection and Mentoring Match program! We're here to support introductions between ISRII members so that we can continue to build on our strong, international community.

We recognize that ISRII members can give each other valuable guidance and support across career stages. We are hoping to support matches between mentors and mentees (e.g. connections between someone more senior to someone more junior - this could take the form of a postdoc supporting a graduate student, or a senior/late-career professional supporting a mid-career professional) as well as more mutual peer connections (e.g. two people who are at a relatively similar career stage supporting one another).
