Application for 2026 Article Processing Charge Waiver
If you have had, or expect to have, an article accepted in Internet Interventions, ISRII’s official journal, you may be eligible for an Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver. As a valued ISRII member, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
APC Waiver Eligibility
A limited number of waivers are available and will be prioritized among submissions that meet one or more of the following criteria:

First-authored by early- and mid-career researchers, including students, with priority for authors based in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).

Research conducted through international or global collaboration.

Manuscripts focused on digital tools for mental and behavioral health with an emphasis on equity and improved access.
Application Availability
To better accommodate authors whose manuscript submission and publication timelines may vary throughout the year, the ISRII APC Waiver application will remain open year-round and may be submitted at any time.
Submitted applications will be grouped and reviewed on a quarterly basis according to the following deadlines:
- June 30
- September 30
- December 31
Applications received after a deadline will automatically roll into the next review cycle.
To be considered for an APC waiver, please complete the ISRII Waiver Request Form below and upload your manuscript directly through the form.
Once submitted, ISRII will review your request and send you a waiver code to use when your article is accepted.
