Conference reviewers are expected to review assigned abstracts within a two-week deadline on (or around) April 6 - April 24. Reviewers are provided instructions and a rubric to review. All reviewers are assigned 10-20 abstracts.

Individuals appointed to an awards selection panel are responsible for reviewing awards applications in 1-5 awards categories. Selection panels participate in one to two, thirty minute virtual section meetings and may work via email in between the meetings. Selection panels are provided instructions and a rubric to review.

Moderators (also known as chairs) are required to serve as an ambassador for the conference session including:

• Review all presenter bios and presentations in the session prior to the meeting.
• Introduce the presenters (bios will be included in the conference app).
• Develop seed questions for each presentation.
• Show up at least 10 minutes prior to the session.
• Manage time for the presenters.
• Manage attendee questions.
• Share the session evaluation.
• Encourage attendees to fill out the session evaluation.

Individuals that are appointed to promote the conference with social media are responsible for curating content that engages ISRII members and prospective meeting attendees.
