Cancellation Policy
ISRII would love for you to attend their 13th Scientific Meeting in San Diego from August 4-7, 2025. ISRII is supportive of its international community and understands any uncertainty you may have traveling to the United States. Therefore, ISRII will only charge a $50 administration fee for any registration cancellations prior to June 1 and a $100 administration fee for any registration cancellations after June 1. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for housing or the social event. If you have any questions or need an exception, please email info@isrii.org.
Pre-Conference Workshops
Join us in San Diego, California, for half-day Pre-Conference Workshops on Monday, August 4, 2025!
The pre-conference workshop will be available for registration through the ISRII 13th Scientific Meeting registration form. The workshop will run for half a day (3.5 hours). Two workshops will be offered in the morning, and two in the afternoon.

Presentation Formats
Individual Talk Presentation
Present your research as a stand-alone paper within a concurrent session. Presentations will be grouped by topic area.
- Please refer to the program agenda for the exact timing of your presentation: ISRII 13th Scientific Meeting Program
- You must bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. Room set up includes a podium, laptop, LCD projector, and screen. You will need to load your slides onto the provided laptop with your USB drive in the session room at least 15 minutes prior to your talk. Slides should be 16:9 (widescreen).
- Whova is the official app for the ISRII 13th Scientific Meeting. You should have received an email to download the app and update your profile. If not, click here to download. For help using Whova, refer to this guide. Please update your profile before the meeting to connect with other attendees and speakers.

Poster Presentation
Share your work visually on a poster board. Posters are ideal for visually rich data and fostering discussion, particularly for in-progress projects.

- Poster Session I: Tuesday, August 5 | 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
- Poster Session II: Tuesday, August 5 | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Poster Production & Presentation Guidelines
- Poster board size: 8’ wide x 4’ high
- Maximum poster size: 7’6” x 3’6” (allowing for a 2” margin)
- Use minimal text; convey information through figures, tables, and bullet points.
- Design for clarity and visual impact in a busy conference setting.
Presentation Instructions
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your assigned poster session to locate your designated board and affix your poster.
- Your poster number will be clearly displayed on one of the boards.
- Mounting supplies will be provided on-site.
- Posters must be removed by the end of each presentation day to allow space for the next poster session.
Recommended Font Sizes
- Title: 85 pt
- Subheadings: 36 pt
- Body Text: 24 pt
- All text should be legible from 2-3 feet away.
Other Requirements
- Clearly display the poster title and author names at the top of your poster.
Figures and Images
- Minimum size: 5 x 7 inches
- Include titles, captions, labels, or legends
- If using multiple figures, number them sequentially

Demonstration
Demonstrations provide an interactive opportunity to showcase interventions, applications, devices, or digital tools in a hands-on environment.
- Demonstrations will occur concurrent with the Poster Sessions.

- We request that you arrive at your designated presentation area 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your session.
Symposium
Symposia bring together multiple oral paper presentations under a unified theme, with a structured format curated by a session organizer.
