Person Specification:
1. Psychologist –Clinical, Counselling, or Health – graduate and postgraduate qualifications
2. Interest and experience at carrying out research, evaluation and report writing, especially usability and feasibility testing, quantitative and qualitative research, RCT design and impelmentation, etc
3. Experience with the administration and/ or use of online delivered interventions for mental and behavioural health problems
4. An interest and knowledge of mental health disorders and also an interest in the behavioural aspects of long-term conditions such as diabetes, CVD, Pain, etc.
5. Clincial experience in a range of settings
6. Knowledge and experience with CBT and the clinical use of CBT resources
7. Knowledge and experience with various theoretical and clinical approaches for the treatment of psychological disorders
8. Ability to self-manage and also manage a small team of people and their workloads
9. Excellent communication, verbal and written skills and presentation skills
10. Experience of project management and multi- tasking.

• Manage the clinical trial from beginning to end
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all processes
• Manage data, run analyses and critically review results
• Present regular progress reports to the multidisciplinary research team
• Draft reports and manuscripts and other forms of dissemination
• Management of other staff associated with the project and the division of work across the project personnel, including supervision of this work to successful completion
• Liaising with other sections of the company, namely, development and design, sales and marketing, etc
• Liaising with the Product Manager at SCH
• Liaising with the external publishers, other agencies, organisations, clinical and academic centers
• Presentations at conferences
• Attending internal and external meetings as required
• Engage in understanding the research funding landscape for Europe and the USA
• Preparation of research submissions
• Perform such other duties as may be required from time to timeThe successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
• A PhD (or equivalent research experience) in psychology, psychotherapy, statistics or related subject
• Proven ability to perform statistical analyses,
• Prior experience working with large datasets and evidence of peer-reviewed publications
• Good communication skills
• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise objectives
• The ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as in a team environment
• Can operate flexibility within a busy environment; can shift focus when required
• Willingness to undertake training and career developmentAdditional information:
